Akilia represents the phonetic pronunciation of Achillea (Millefolium), an ancient medicinal herb going all the way back to Greek mythology and named after Achilles, who is said to have applied yarrow to every part of his body except his heel, which led to his demise when hit with an arrow. The German name for yarrow is Schafgarbe. Garbe means "health giver" which is what I strive to achieve through homeopathy, whole and healing foods, and sacred plant medicine.
